This really helped me get to sleep and then BACK to sleep after about 4 or 4 and 1/2 hours of sleep. I can't remember the last time I felt this... refreshed after trying to sleep. The second round of sleep, that I typically do not get, got me to a total of 7.5 hours of being asleep. Five REM cycles, wow! Another track that I've been using & getting four REM cycles recently is the one with 528Hz + 471Hz that has a space theme. I think I'll be moving forward each night choosing between these.

I have had SoundCloud since I was about 15 years old or possibly younger but let's just cut to the chase, since I was very young having the ability to listen to different people who have & still do make their own music, this is the only platform that I'd very much find great music/songs that I love, throwbacks and new upcoming artists that make great music. This was the best music app to use when you do not have service (underground/the train) but now since it has upgraded a bit more you can't

Even though I don't like the ads, I can still use this when I get tired of Pandora on autoplay. PLUS there's a lot of songs I can listen to and I explore now genres. Like phonk, rap, country, ect. This is a good app I recommend it for anyone, especially as a backup app just in case you're having trouble with other music apps.
